November 2019 Travel Study Program
Wendell, Massachusetts

Kemsley Academy partners with schools in China for travel study programs. During the program, students will take academic classes, go on educational field trips, visit boarding schools and universities, and enjoy fun camp activities.

We are currently looking for energetic and outgoing residential camp counselors.

  • Lead and implement non-academic programs and experiences for our visiting 10th graders

  • Oversee student life in the dorms with the assistance of teachers from China, ensuring student safety and compliance with rules and daily schedule

  • Have fun with students through games and learning activities, and assist them with everyday issues in the dorms

  • Teach one daily PE or elective class (such as art, drama, yoga, and chess, according to your personal interest)

  • Chaperone and occasionally drive school-owned passenger vans during field trips (2-3 days per week)

  • Take turns monitoring evening study hall and distributing/collecting student cell phones

Students come from the best middle schools in China to improve their English through fun and engaging classes.
